Okay, pada kesempatan kali ini mari kita bersama-sama belajar Present Future Tense.
Apa itu Present Future Tense.?? Kapan digunakan dan bagaimana penerapannya??

Present Future Tense adalah tenses yang digunakan untuk menyatakan kejadian yang akan terjadi di masa depan atau sesuatu yang belum terjadi. Sesuai namanya, future, yang berarti masa depan.

RUMUS :

• Pada kalimat VERBAL kita menggunakan rumus berikut :

(+) S + WILL + V1 atau S + TO BE + GOING TO + V1

(-)  S + WILL + NOT + V1 atau S + TO BE + NOT + GOING TO +  V1

(?) WILL + S + V1 atau TO BE  + S + GOING TO +  V1

Contoh :

(+) He will visit Korea next month.

(-)  He will not visit Korea next month. ('will not' bisa disingkat menjadi won't)

(?) Will he visit Korea next month?

(+) He is going to visit Korea next month.

(-)  He is not going to Korea next month.

(?) Is he going to visit Korea next month?

• Sedangkan pada kalimat NOMINAL, kita memakai pola berikut :

(+) S + WILL + 'BE' + A.N.A ( adv, noun, adj ) atau S +  TO BE + GOING TO + 'BE' + A.N.A

(-)  S + WILL + NOT + 'BE' + A.N.A atau S +  TO BE + NOT + GOING TO + 'BE' + A.N.A

(?) WILL + S + 'BE' + A.N.A atau TO BE + S +  GOING TO + 'BE' + A.N.A

Contoh :

(+) You will be my girlfriend.

(-)  You will not be my girlfriend.

(?) Will you be my girlfriend?

(+) I am going to be on holiday next week.

(-)  I am not going to be on holiday next week.

(?) Are you going to be on holiday next week?
